The City of Sartell is excited to announce the sale of the Sartell-LeSauk Government Center at 220 4th Ave. S. to Josh Clymer and Mark Caspers of AquaTraction Advanced Marine Flooring.

“AquaTraction has enjoyed working with the Sartell City staff and council and looks forward to working with such a prosperous community.” Stated Josh Clymer, co-owner of AquaTraction Advanced Marine Flooring.

AquaTraction Advanced Marine Flooring creates custom-designed marine flooring products that have exceptional traction whether wet or dry, making boats safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. AquaTraction services customers across the country and is the “go to” flooring for high profile fishing captains. AquaTraction is the official sponsor of Florida Sportfishing Magazine and can be seen on TV shows such as Flats Class TV, Florida Sportfishing TV, Reel Animals Fishing Show, and Wicked Tuna.

“We are thrilled to welcome AquaTraction into the Sartell Community. It offers a service that many of our residents will be able to utilize and is in a prime location with lots of history. The City looks forward to continuing to build a strong relationship with Josh and Mark and helping them through the buildout process.”

The Sartell-LeSauk Government Center was built in 1982 and housed both the Sartell Fire Department and LeSauk Township headquarters. The Sartell Fire Department moved out of the building in 2020 and moved into the new Public Safety Facility at 501 Pinecone Road S.

AquaTraction Advanced Marine Flooring plans to open full manufacturing and full-service operations in its Sartell location starting in November and make Sartell the main office. There are two other locations (Clearwater, MN and North Kingstown, RI) they also operate out of. For more information visit
