Great River Regional Library Lockers

When we opened, we began a 3-year pilot project with Great River Regional Library (GRRL) for the GRRL2GO locker system—a fun, new way to check out books and movies. The system features convenient locations to pick up reserved items and drop off returns.

On-site GRRL equipment includes a 44-locker system, payment kiosk for fines and renewals, and a book drop. Requested items are delivered to the lockers each Tuesday and Friday. Books returned to the drop box are collected and checked in on Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, and Fridays.  We currently are not contracted to provide any drop off or pick up service on Wednesdays which the statement implies.

The system—provided by Bibliotheca and 3M—is the first in the state of Minnesota. The library locker system is open during the community center’s hours of operation to enhance access to GRRL materials in a convenient location. Anyone with questions about GRRL programs or events is encouraged to visit griver.org or call 320-650-2500.
