“Go-To” Marine Flooring Business Opening in Sartell

The City of Sartell is excited to announce the sale of the Sartell-LeSauk Government Center at 220 4th Ave. S. to Josh Clymer and Mark Caspers of AquaTraction Advanced Marine Flooring.

AquaTraction Advanced Marine Flooring creates custom-designed marine flooring products that have exceptional traction whether wet or dry, making boats safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The Sartell-LeSauk Government Center was built in 1982 and housed both the Sartell Fire Department and LeSauk Township headquarters. The Sartell Fire Department moved out of the building in 2020 and moved into the new Public Safety Facility at 501 Pinecone Road S.  

AquaTraction Advanced Marine Flooring plans to open full manufacturing and full-service operations in its Sartell location starting in November and make Sartell the main office. Studio B to make Sartell its Permanent Home

The City of Sartell is excited to announce the sale of the previous Sartell Police Department building at 310 2nd Street S. to Catie and Charlie Bunde of Studio B.

Catie and Charlie are eager for the upcoming opportunity for Studio B, “We are humbled to be able to move Studio B. into a building that has been a cornerstone of the Sartell community. This move will be made possible by so many wonderful people that support the growth of Studio B. in the Sartell community. Our family, dance family, and community family are the village that is making a dream happen”.

Studio B offers a wide range of dance opportunities for all ages. From jazz to tap, ballet to hip-hop, and competition to recreation- Studio B offers it all. Studio B offers private lessons for dancers looking for 1:1 training and will train local dance teams in conditioning and technique classes. The new Studio B location has a lot of history for the City of Sartell. It served as the combined Sartell City Hall and Sartell Police Department for many years. In 2001, City Hall moved into its current home at 125 Pinecone Rd. and in 2020 the Sartell Police Department move into the new Public Safety Facility at 501 Pinecone Rd. S.

Studio B Dance Studio is currently located at 101 7th St. N. Sartell near Hardware Hank. It is planning on moving into the new location after construction is complete, tentatively September 6, 2021.
