Administration & Finance
The Finance Department is responsible for the following areas:

Accounting
The Finance Department maintains the financial records of all City funds.  We undergo a complete audit of the City's finances on an annual basis.

Accounts Payable
Claims listings are prepared for approval by the City Council at each regular meeting.

Cash Management
All City investments are made in accordance with Minnesota Statutes and the City's investment policy.

Utility Billing
The City bills for water and sewer. Approximately 27,000 utility bills are generated each year.
